Information we collect
The Piercing Parlour collects the contact details, age and identification answers, placement preferences, health disclosures, consent choices, and signature details clients provide through the intake form or in studio. The studio may also keep appointment notes, aftercare communications, and photos clients approve for portfolio use.
How we use it
Client information is used to prepare safe piercing services, confirm age and consent, contact clients about scheduling or aftercare, keep studio records, and respond to questions. Health and consent details are used only for service safety and recordkeeping, not for advertising resale or unrelated profiling.
Sharing
Information may be shared with studio staff who need it to provide service, with technology providers that host forms or messages, or when required by law. Portfolio photos are used only when the client opts in, and faces are cropped or blurred by default.
Retention and client requests
The studio keeps intake and consent records for as long as reasonably needed for business, safety, and legal recordkeeping. Clients can call the studio at (346) 810-3589 to ask for a copy, correction, or deletion request review.
Security
The studio uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for submitted records. No website or connected service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so clients should call the studio rather than submitting highly sensitive details that are not needed for a piercing visit.
